Q1:About shipping we use EMS as our main shipping carrier. but we offer other choices: DHL/FedEx/Flat mail. the shipping cost are verified by the weight, size and distance. if you like to choose other shipping carrier, please send email info us. Q2:About customs According to most buyers require, we will under-claim the price of our product and mark it as gift/sample. But we are not responsible for duty on international orders. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE DO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLAIM DUE TO UNDERCLAIM PRICE. if you want to fully claim the price please let us know. Q3:About the damage Both of us don't want to see this happen, but international shipping still run to some problem. if you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it, return it to us and we will handle it. if you signed it already, You MUST contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS since you received the damaged package. (Based on EMS Tracking arrival date) We need following photos to confirm claim. The files should be submitted within 3 days since asked. - order number - picture of EMS invoice - picture of damaged part we will help you reclaim the lost. Q4:payment method we only accept PayPal as our payment method. Q5:Change shipping address we only ship to your PayPal shipping address if you want to change address, please send us email only via your PayPal email address. otherwise we will not change your address. Q6:Skintone & Cross march skin tones varied by lots, it will be slight difference from skin tone picture. We advice you seeking cross march picture in Flickr or Den of Angels. Q7:Layaway Please note we only accept layaway for customers who order over $500,and once the deposit paid, your order can not been canceled. - You can divide total payment(items + shipping cost) as 2 or 3 payment. 2 payment layaway: Please remit 50% first and 50% of total later. 3 payment layaway: Please remit 40% first and second/last payment would be 30% of total. -- Second/third payment should be cleared on due date which you notified (within 90 days) .
